These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Sinpo Team ("Sinpo," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Sinpo mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is intended for users age 17 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Sinpo is a dance video community app where you can record and share dance videos, discover choreography, and connect with dancers worldwide.
5.1) Your Content "User Content" includes videos, photos, audio, text, comments, messages, and other materials you submit, post, or share through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.
5.2) License you grant to Sinpo You grant Sinpo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/technical processing), publish, display, distribute, and perform your User Content to operate, provide, and promote the Service. This license ends when your User Content is deleted from the Service, with limited exceptions described in the text version.
5.3) Responsibility You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the necessary rights to post it.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.
The Service (excluding User Content) is owned by Sinpo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by us.
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant Sinpo the right to use it without restriction or compensation to you.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose a risk, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SINPO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SINPO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
SINPO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sinpo Team from and against claims arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sinpo Team's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Informal resolution: Contact us at thanthile332@outlook.com first and we will try to resolve disputes informally.
Binding arbitration: If not resolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions and representative actions are not permitted. Arbitration will be administered by a reputable arbitration institution under its applicable rules and conducted in English unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions: Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property matters.
We may update these Terms from time to time by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where required, providing additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
