Sinpo is a dance video community app where you can record and share dance videos, discover choreography, and connect with dancers worldwide.

2) Age Requirement (17+)
The Service is intended for users age 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 17.
If you believe a user under 17 has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

3.5) Photos and face-related processing (no facial recognition; no biometrics)
- We do not perform facial recognition to identify you.
- We do not create or store biometric identifiers or biometric templates.
- Face-related processing is performed one-time to generate the requested effect and is deleted after generation.
- By default, generated results are stored locally on your device.
- We do not use your photos, videos, or outputs for training machine learning models or for marketing/advertising purposes.
3.6) Device permissions (camera, microphone, photos)
- If you choose to record or upload videos, the Service may request access to your device camera, microphone, and/or photo library.
- These permissions are optional, and you can change them at any time in your device settings.
- We access these features only to provide the recording, upload, and editing functions you request.

We do not sell your personal information.
5) How We Share Information
- With your consent or at your direction (including when you post content publicly).
