SINPO PRIVACY POLICY Effective Date: February 24, 2026 Last Updated: February 24, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how Sinpo Team ("Sinpo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Sinpo mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Sinpo is a dance video community app where you can record and share dance videos, discover choreography, and connect with dancers worldwide. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service. 1) WHO WE ARE (CONTROLLER) Sinpo Team is responsible for the processing of personal information described in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise stated. Some features may analyze faces in media to generate visual effects. - We do not perform facial recognition to identify you. - We do not create or store biometric identifiers or biometric templates. - Face-related processing is performed one-time to generate the requested effect and is deleted after generation. - By default, generated results are stored locally on your device. - We do not use your photos, videos, or face-related processing outputs for training machine learning models or for marketing/advertising purposes. 3.6) Device permissions (camera, microphone, photos) If you choose to record or upload videos, the Service may request access to your device camera, microphone, and/or photo library. These permissions are optional, and you can change them at any time in your device settings. We access these features only to provide the recording, upload, and editing functions you request. 4) HOW WE USE INFORMATION We use information for the following purposes: - Provide and maintain the Service (create accounts, enable posting/sharing, deliver requested features). - Personalize your experience (preferences, content ranking and recommendations). - Improve the Service (analytics, troubleshooting, performance optimization, feature development). - Safety and security (fraud prevention, abuse detection, policy enforcement). - Customer support (respond to inquiries, provide help, and communicate about your account). - Legal compliance (comply with applicable laws, regulations, lawful requests, and enforce our terms).
